With over 25 years' experience building high performance design teams, I am a hands-on leader who knows how to build your bottom line. Throughout my careerI have successfully lead design at global enterprises, B2B, B2C, and start-ups deliver market share, improve customer retention, and create competitive advantages.

I spend the first 20 years of my career in Silicon Valley having held executive leadership positions in both consumer (Apple, Shutterfly, WebMD...) and enterprise companies (SAP, Cisco...). In 2015 I relocated to the Pacific Northwest to lead the design practice at an innovation studio funded by Bill Gates. Over the last ten years I have been focused on AI driven solutions, and have co-founded two AI first start-ups.
